You’ll not forget your first look at this ancient, temperate rain forest, with its Sitka spruce, big-leaf maples, red alders, western hemlock, Douglas fir, block cottonwood, and western red cedar – some measuring 25 feet around; many of these huge trees are 300 to 500 years old.
