A “Bucket List” may the best way to to totally squeeze everything from each minute, each day

The realization is that there was a time in my life when I came to the end of each day and I was totally, totally exhausted.  This was true even though it was difficult to get my head to stop racing.  Some how I have gotten away from this.  The “bucket list” below my attempt to recapture the feeling of this better time.

  1. Visit every national park.
  2. Walk from Seattle to Portland and back in 4 days
  3. Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro
  4. Drive and hike through New Zealand
  5. Drive and hike through Australia
  6. Hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back
  7. See the Northern Lights
  8. Visit Barcelona
  9. Visit the Hawaiian Islands
  10. Read a book a month
  11. Participate in building a house for Habitat for Humanity
  12. Volunteer regularly at a soup kitchen
  13. Volunteer regularly at a shelter
  14. Create a YouTube video
  15. Drop my weight to 150 pounds
  16. Paint a ceiling of the night sky for a child
  17. Hike part of the Pacific Coast Trail
  18. Hike part of the Appalachian Trail
  19. Make a difference in one person’s life
  20. Substantially reduce my carbon footprint in a measurable way

Any suggestions on how to reach this goal would be appreciated.
