ScaleI have heard it said that if you journal your progress you increase your chances of success…

I pulled the scale from its hiding spot and I changed the battery.  I started the day with oatmeal and I walked to work.  This past weekend I walked about 3 miles to the nursery pulling the children’s wagon so I could get a bag of potting soil.  This is spring and this year I am going to lose weight.  I am going to be healthy.


March 4th 2013 – 235 Pounds

March 11th 2013 – 225.5 Pounds



March 4th 2014 – 175 Pounds
