The range of physical activities include everything from team sports to exercise classes and beyond for toddlers, children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. The activities are a wonderful, low cost, opportunity to try that “thing” that has always tweaked your curiosity. The same thing is true for art and academic classes.
