The majority of the site is dedicated to sustainably growing fresh, organic produce. There is a retail operation to make that produce available to the public. As an extension of their mission they also offer cooking classes, a commercial kitchen for small business food processing that is rentable, and meeting space that can be used for weddings or family gatherings.

The long anticipated 21 Acres retail Market is now open Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays, noon to 7 p.m. The market features sustainable, local, farm product. The Market offers affordable options for fresh produce and value-added product, and the opportunity to support local farmers. In addition to fresh product, the 21 Acres Market will also sell flour, eggs, cheeses, dried beans, hummus and other staples.

Space Rental for Meetings
The new 21 Acres Center green building provides attractive settings for meetings, receptions, seated dinners and special occasions. The terrace overlooks a lush green lawn, out to the farm and orchards, and invokes visions of a family reunion or dancing under the stars at an event featuring local and sustainably grown food and wine.
