Local farmers markets…Fresh produce locally grown

It now goes without saying that “you are what you eat” and to that end there are a multitude of opportunities to utilize the fresh, organically, and locally grown fruits and vegetables.  This does not include the side benefit of reducing your carbon footprint.  The markets are open during a range of days during the week so you can shop and access fresh produce as you need it.  These are community events so I have included their website address.  This should let you choose days when there are vendors or entertainment that fits you.
