San Antonio, TX Mayor Julián Castro, the youngest mayor of a top 50 American cities, visits with us in Seattle to share his thoughts on the new energy economy, raising educational attainment, and how those factors produce sustainable cities, how they produce sustainability. Mayor Castro was the Keynote speaker at the past national DNC convention in Charlotte in 2012.

This event is part of Sightline Institute’s three-speaker anniversary series. Sightline Institute is a nonprofit research and communications organization working to build sustainable communities (sustainability) and advance long-term solutions to climate change.


Wednesday, October 23 Doors open at 6:30 PM, Mayor Castro speaks from 7:30-9:00 PM.
